Make-up Classes

​Absences/Cancellations:

​

​Notification of any class absences due to illness, travel, or other personal reasons is highly encouraged via text, call, or email to your instructor. There are no refunds once you have signed up for a session or drop-in.

Make-up classes can be offered, but are not guaranteed. They are only available if there is space within the same session in which you are enrolled. Make-up classes expire, and they do not roll over to the next session.

If you are planning to be absent, notice must be communicated an hour or more before the class begins to be granted a make-up option if there is space. Failure to communicate an absence an hour before class begins or no-showing will not be granted a make-up.

When Illness Occurs:

1. Your child must have a temperature below 100.0 without the need for fever-reducing medication for a full 48 hours before returning to class. 

2. Your child must be free of any contagious illnesses or circumstances (such as lice or rash) for a full 48 hours before resuming classes. 

3. If your instructor is ill, they are required to notify you as soon as possible. 

4. Your instructor reserves the right to ask a family to leave class without a refund if there are obvious signs of illness that appear to be a risk to others at the instructor's discretion. 

5. If a sibling or family member has a contagious illness such as the Flu, COVID, or norovirus, please do not attend class, as many of our tiniest students and some of our staff members are immunocompromised.
